The CTCPA and Rouages, working together to create the food products of tomorrow

The Centre Technique de la Conservation des Produits Agricoles (CTCPA) has chosen Rouages natural flavouring ingredients to create recipes and products for some of its customer projects.
What a mission it is to support the food models of tomorrow! This is the mission of the Centre Technique de la Conservation des Produits Agricoles (CTCPA), which has decided to work with Rouages to achieve it. The CTCPA is a technical research and service centre. For 70 years, it has been helping agri-food companies – from start-ups to major groups – with all their technical issues relating to the transition to food.
Developing new products with Rouages natural flavouring ingredients
Product and process development, product quality preservation, food safety, pre-production, auditing, consultancy… Its aim: to help food industry players feed the world better by building a safe and sustainable food model.
As an interface between research and industry, the CTCPA supports 1,500 private-sector projects a year (services, training and analyses) and has been involved in 150 collective or collaborative R&D projects over the last 5 years. The CTCPA has 9 centres spread across the region, making it a local player that is as close as possible to its customers.
